Gut Connection By Country Life Review

Ok, let’s start with some basic facts. Your gut health is a big deal. I’m sure you’ve heard a lot about the “gut health connection” and it’s not wrong. Your gut is connected to the rest of you. If your gut is off balance, so are your hormones, your brain, your digestive system, lots of things. So, to help make your gut and the rest of you happy and healthy, you need to feed it some good bacteria.

How do you ask? Well, you’ve probably heard of Probiotics, and they can be beneficial, but only if the probiotic is microencapsulated or in raw food form. (like in fermented foods) Otherwise, your body will not absorb it and taking it will do you no good. Much to the dismay of the ever-growing probiotic trend that seems to be everywhere right now. So, then how do you create a healthy gut?

It’s all about good bacteria and keeping everything well balanced. A lot of the foods we eat along with stress, and many other factors can throw things out of whack. That’s where Gut Connections comes in! Gut Connection by Country Life contains an innovative, whole food
fermentate prebiotic that feeds the existing probiotics in your gut and
helps maintain its lining. This whole food fermentate prebiotic is balanced with clinically
researched ingredients for your overall health. Basically, it is filled with good stuff!

My Personal & Honest Review

Now that we’ve got the info out of the way, I’m ready to share my experience for the last month taking it! So I was a bit taken back with the idea of taking four pills each day ( per the instructions) but I got used to it. The first few days I did go to the bathroom a bit more than usual, but nothing crazy or uncomfortable. Just normal bowel movements maybe one or two times more than usual (for me) a day.

After that, everything was back to normal, and I did notice a slight change in how bloated I normally am. My belly was a little bit flatter, which was pretty nice! But then towards the end of the bottle, I did bloat back up a lot. Not sure if that was due to my diet ( I was eating more dairy than usual for about a week) or not.

My face all month since the start of taking the pills has been extremely broken out with cystic acne, I don’t know why taking these would cause me to break out so badly, but my face looks worse than it has in a very long time and that I am not happy about that.

Other than those things, I have felt better overall. I have more energy during the day and I have been sleeping a bit better. I have not decided yet if I am going to purchase my own bottle and continue taking Gut Connection.

I want to see for sure if it was the direct cause of my breakouts or not first. I really hope it was just some kind of timing coincidence and not linked to the changes in my gut from the pills, because I would love to see if my bloating would go back down and keep my new found energy by continuing to take them, but not if it’s going to cause my face to breakout so horribly. As of today I have finished my bottle and will see what happens over the next few weeks.

In Closing

So, I am not really sure what I think of the product personally. It may not be the right stuff for me, but it may work wonders for you! With your gut health being so important, and most other gut health products like probiotics not being the answer, you may want to try this out yourself and see what happens!
