Hey mamas,

So you know I am all about saving money and still looking amazing. I love finding the best deals and have become obsessed with thrifting! I’ve posted before about how shopping at thrift stores is the way to go and today I wanted to put together a fun post sharing my recent thrift store finds and doing a try on!

Thrift Store Try-On & Why Thrifting Is The Best!

Thrift store shopping is now actually considered a cool thing to do! Remember way back when it was considered the opposite!? It’s now thought of as trendy to shop used and vintage at secondhand and charity shops. To make it even better, there are now online thrift stores you can shop!

Fashion bloggers, YouTubers, and Influencer’s all over are embracing the thrift store and I couldn’t be happier about it! Shopping thrift is not only good for your wallet, but for the planet too! Reducing waste and lots of other benefits you probably don’t know!

Hopefully this will inspire you further to try out thrifting yourself if you are not already on the thrift love train! You probably won’t find these exact styles in your local shop or even online, but I want to show you all the cute stuff you can find when you look! Now let’s dive in with outfit number 1!

My Finds!

I have been looking for the perfect white sweater for ages! A white sweater is the perfect winter staple that works for putting together almost any outfit! I was super happy to find this basic sweater from Old Navy! It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for.

I can’t wait to pair this with all my different cardigans, scarves, and jackets this season. It fits just the way I hoped it would but it is a little thin, so I have to wear a tank top underneath it. I found it, along with many other items in this post at ThredUp.

Next is this really neat button-up sweater with a cool boho print! It is soft and I love it with my olive green jeggings! I decided I like wearing it unbuttoned as more of a cardigan, and I think next time I wear it I’ll add a big chunky necklace! This sweater was ‘like new‘ which means it is in practically brand new condition! You can find tons of items in like-new shape!

Now, this pink leather jacket has me feeling cool and warm at the same time! When I spotted it I knew I had to have it! It’s probably the best thing I’ve bought in a long time! I’m kind of obsessed!

Perfect for under a jacket, is this fun pale pink sweater that I fell in love with because of the neck detail. It also features side slits that show some skin. I normally wear a tank or cami under this but I was feeling a little sexy and wanted to see how it looked without an undershirt. Not sure if I like my muffin top on display, but it is fun!

When it is fall or winter, what is better than a new pair of boots? These adorable White Mountain boots I found at my local thrift shop for only $4!!! So, of course, they came home with me! I have been wearing them almost every time I go out and they are super comfortable! You never know what things you will find when you’re thrifting!

Next is a fun t-shirt I picked up because it mentions coffee, and if it mentions coffee then I must own it! I love the ripped look of this shirt and how casual and cool it is to just throw on. Since the picture is backward, it says ” I’m sorry for what I said before my coffee.”

Lastly is this green velvet dress. When I saw it on the sale page of ThredUp, I kind of freaked out. I have been wanting a long-sleeved dress for months now, and this one totally gave me Arwen vibes! When I put this on I felt like a Celtic princess or an Elf. It is the perfect addition to my closet and wherever I decide to wear this to, it will be the best day like ever.
